What to expect

Email is the canonical channel. We don't operate a phone support line.
Most messages get a response within 24 hours, often within a few hours during US working hours.
Privacy and legal matters get prioritised.
Press enquiries with deadlines get fast-tracked — note your deadline in the subject line.
Partnership conversations may take a few days as they often require background research on our side.
