ClickOff is operated by Phion Systems, LLC, a technology and publishing company. References to "ClickOff," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Phion Systems, LLC and the ClickOff platform at clickoff.io.

Information We Collect and Why

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the platform. We do not collect personal information to access our cancellation guides — no account, no login, no form to fill.

Information you voluntarily provide:

• Email address, if you choose to submit it for a cancellation receipt, guide update notifications, or our email newsletter. This is entirely optional.
• Feedback or support enquiries submitted through our contact channels.

Information collected automatically:

• Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security, performance monitoring, and aggregate analytics.
• Anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics (GA4), including pages viewed and time on site. No personally identifiable information is transmitted.
• Cookies necessary for basic site function. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Information we do not collect:

• We do not collect your subscription credentials, login details, or payment information for any third-party service.
• We do not collect, store, or transmit any data you enter on a third-party vendor's cancellation page during a GUIDEON session.
• We do not build advertising profiles or sell data to third parties.

How Your Information Is Used

• To deliver the cancellation guides and GUIDEON experience you requested.
• To send cancellation receipts or guide updates if you provided your email for that purpose.
• To send our newsletter if you subscribed, with the ability to unsubscribe at any time.
• To monitor platform security and prevent abuse.
• To improve the platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not use your data for targeted advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with any party except as described in this policy.

How ClickOff Earns Revenue

ClickOff is a free platform. We sustain our operations through affiliate commissions — a small fee paid to us by subscription services when a user clicks through from ClickOff and chooses to subscribe.

This does not affect the independence of our guides. We provide cancellation guides for services regardless of whether those services have an affiliate relationship with us. Our recommendations for alternative services are based on genuine value assessment, not commission rates.

Affiliate links are processed through our affiliate network partner. When you click a Subscribe link on ClickOff, a cookie may be set on your browser to attribute the referral. You may opt out of affiliate tracking through your browser's cookie settings.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

California Residents (CCPA / SB 362):

• The right to know what personal information we have collected about you.
• The right to request deletion of your personal information.
• The right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
• Under SB 362 (the Delete Act, operative 2026), the right to request deletion of your data from data brokers through an authorised agent — a role ClickOff is designed to fulfil.

European Residents (GDPR):

• The right to rectification of inaccurate personal data.
• The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") under Article 17.
• The right to restriction of processing.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Third-Party Services

ClickOff uses a small number of third-party services to operate the platform. Google Analytics (GA4) provides anonymous usage analytics. Mailchimp handles email newsletter and drip communications for users who have opted in. Affiliate link management and commission tracking is handled by our affiliate network partner. Netlify provides hosting and infrastructure. Zoho Mail handles email communications.

Each of these services is governed by its own privacy policy. ClickOff does not control the privacy practices of third-party subscription services you may visit through our guides. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any service you interact with.

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Email addresses provided for newsletters or receipts are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, then deleted.
• Anonymous analytics data is retained in aggregated form indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.

How We Protect Your Data

ClickOff operates on HTTPS with TLS encryption across all pages. Our infrastructure is hosted on Netlify, which maintains enterprise-grade security standards. We do not store payment card data or subscription credentials of any kind.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no internet transmission is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for all subscription services and enable two-factor authentication wherever available.

Children's Privacy

ClickOff is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@clickoff.io and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to email subscribers. Continued use of ClickOff following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
