Everything you need to know
Questions? Answers.
What does "authorized agent" mean?
Under SB362, CCPA, and most state privacy laws, you can designate a third party to submit data deletion requests on your behalf. ClickOff operates as your authorized agent, submitting requests to all covered data brokers simultaneously.
Which states are covered?
ClickOff covers all 15 states with active privacy laws — California (SB362 + CCPA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Florida, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Delaware, and New Hampshire. For all other states, federal FTC protections apply.
How many data brokers does this cover?
For California residents, your request covers all 200+ registered data brokers. For other states, your request covers major data brokers that operate under your state's law.
What happens after I submit?
You receive an instant reservation confirmation by email. Your spot is locked in. On August 1, 2026 — when CPPA enforcement begins — ClickOff submits your deletion request as your authorized agent to all 545+ registered data brokers. You'll receive your legal receipt at that time, with the 45-day compliance clock starting. If a broker fails to comply, we help you file a CPPA enforcement complaint — $200/day fines apply.
Is this really free?
Yes — 100% free forever. No account required, no credit card, no hidden fees. ClickOff is funded by affiliate commissions when users choose recommended alternative services — never from deletion requests.
How is this different from doing it myself?
Submitting deletion requests to hundreds of brokers individually can take weeks. ClickOff submits to all covered brokers simultaneously, generates a single timestamped legal receipt, and monitors compliance so you don't have to. One form — done.
